How do I use the BMD module? | |
Cloudrooms offers a BMD module that allows you to export BMD-compliant CSV tables and provide them to your tax advisor.
Once the module is activated, you can configure the required accounting accounts and offsetting accounts under settings/sccounting. We recommend setting this up together with your tax advisor. More information for your tax advisor can be found here: https://w40.zimmer.software/Hilfe/Info-fuer-Steuerberater To export BMD tables, go to finances/data-export and select the appropriate BMD table. Since multiple tables are available, we recommend coordinating the selection with your tax advisor. Next, choose a time period (predefined or custom). Under “Format”, select “CSV for German Excel”, then click “Export”. The CSV file will then be available for download in your browser. If you would like to activate the BMD module, please contact the CloudRooms support. The module will be enabled for you. Please note that activation involves a one-time fee of €100 as well as ongoing monthly interface fees. | |
