I want to stop offering a room category on online booking platforms for a certain period, but still use it internally without creating stop-sell bookings. | |
How can I block a rate for online booking platforms? | |
1. Open Rate Settings
Go to: settings/rates Make sure that the “Block” option is enabled in the first section. If in doubt, set it to “Always show”. 2. Open Prices Go to: Prices In the “Period” column, enter the desired date range in the “from” and “to” fields. If the rate should only be blocked on specific weekdays, uncheck the days that should remain available so that only the days to be blocked remain selected. 3. Block the Rate For all rates that should be blocked during this period, select the option “Close” in the column next to the rate name. Confirm your changes by clicking the lightning button. The rates will no longer be available for online booking and will be blocked on booking platforms. However, manual bookings for this room category in your calendar will still be possible. | |
