How do I create new rates in the system? | |
I need an additional price for my rooms, how can I create new rates? | |
To create new rates for a room category, go to:
settings/rates To simplify the process, first filter for the room category for which you want to create the new rates. Below the list of existing rates, you will find the “New” button. Next to this button, you can enter the rate name. Please make sure that the name is unique and not already in use. Select the category next to the name Then choose the appropriate booking condition (if applicable) Select the meal plan for the rate Finally, choose the occupancy To create the rate, click the “New” button. Set Prices for the New Rates After creating the rates, go to: settings/price-list There, you can assign prices to the newly created rates. | |
