How can I configure specific customers so that their guest sheets are not displayed under Planning/Guest Sheets? | |
In the room software, you can individually determine for each customer whether guest sheets are displayed and printed under the Planning menu.
Open the desired customer via the customer number or customer name. In the customer column, you will find the entry “Hide guest sheet,” which allows you to control the display of guest sheets for that customer. Here you can choose whether the guest sheets for this customer should be shown (Show) or hidden (Hide) under Planning/Guest sheets. This selection only needs to be made once per customer and will apply to all future planning and printing processes until the setting is changed again. Afterwards, you can check in the Planning/Guest sheets menu to verify whether the selected option has been applied correctly. | |
