Feratel: Registration form already saved | |
I am using the Feratel registration system and receive the following error message:
“The registration form has already been saved with the status ‘Arrived’.” | |
I was trying to check in two guests, but I received another error message when clicking “Submit guest form”:
The registration form has already been saved with the status “Arrived”, and the data you are now submitting does not match the registration form stored in the database. | |
This indicates that this registration form number has already been used in the Feratel system. It is possible that the guest form was entered manually in the web client. This is especially likely if you also receive the error message stating that the submitted data does not match the data in the database.
In such cases, always check the Feratel registration system to verify whether the guest form has already been submitted. If it has, an electronic submission via ZimmerSoftware is not necessary. If not, try deleting the guest form in ZimmerSoftware using the “Delete Guest Registration” button and then attempt to submit it again. | |
