I offer specific packages and would like to make them available in my web booking, how do I proceed? | |
1. Open Article Settings
Navigate to: settings/items Create all additional items (e.g. ski pass, spa entry, etc.) that you want to include in your packages. The price defined here is the individual sales price and can differ from the package price. 2. Create Booking Conditions If the package should be available for multiple room categories and/or different lengths of stay, create a booking condition with the name of the package under: settings/booking-conditions 3. Open Price Settings Go to: settings/price-list and click the “Packages” button. If the package feature is not yet activated, check “Use packages” and save your settings. 4. Create a New Package Click on “Create package”. Assign a suitable name Under “Web booking”, choose how the package should be displayed: “Separate”: Displayed in a dedicated section with image and description (images and texts can be configured under settings/images-and-texts), including all available room options in the pricing section “Variant”: Displayed as a selectable rate option within the room listings 5. Define Package Components Under “Articles”, select the desired components: Booking condition: Links the package to all rates with this condition (ideal for multiple room categories or seasonal pricing) Articles: Services included in the package Save your entries afterwards. 6. Create a Rate for the Package Now create a suitable rate for the package. Set Prices After creating rates for all relevant room categories, go back to: settings/price-list Enter the price per night for the package (not the total package price). 8. Restrict Booking Period (Optional) If the package should only be bookable during specific periods, block the rate accordingly.
