What functions are available in the main menu of ZimmerSoftware? | |
Top Left Menu Bar: Visible in every screen and can be used at any time.
With the three horizontal lines (symbol: three horizontal lines) you can collapse the menu bar, or use the Home icon (symbol: house) to return to the start page. Reload (symbol: circular arrow) refreshes the page, Save (symbol: floppy disk) allows you to save data manually, and the Printer-friendly button (symbol: printer) prepares data for printing. To the right, you will find the Chat bar (symbol: chat bubble), where you can send messages to all or individual employees and create entries in the task list. On the left menu bar, you will find the following sections: Booking: Access the booking schedule. Check-in / Check-out: Overview of arrivals and departures, including whether an invoice has been created or paid. ToD: Shows bookings or requests that still need to be processed. Invoices: Overview of paid and unpaid invoices. Customers: Access to the customer database, including search functionality. Rates: Manage prices for the Booking Engine or Channel Manager. Planning: Submenus such as cleaning schedule or inventory management. Finance: Daily and monthly closing, cashbook, cash register, and other financial information. Information: Statistics such as occupancy rates or tourism statistics. Settings: Adjust various software settings. Help: Access our integrated help system. The Log Out button, located at the bottom of the bar next to Bookmarks, allows you to leave your account. You will need to log in again the next time. | |
