How can I move a guest to another room?
If a guest who has already checked in needs to move to another room, we first click on the guest's booking.

If the stay is longer than originally planned, we can simply click the “Add Extension” button to book the additional time.

Alternatively, it is possible to schedule the guest to move to another room at a specific time: we enter the desired date, click “Add Extension”, and a second booking is created that is automatically linked to the first. This ensures that the invoice remains combined.

Finally, the booking can be extended for the entire desired period and, if needed, moved to another room.
